What do I do if I encounter problems creating or signing in to my Tobys.com account?
If you're having problems accessing our website, please make sure that you have the latest version of your operating system provider (Windows, OSX, etc). If you’re still having problems, contact our Customer Service Representative through email at corporatesales@tobys.com or call our hotline (632) 651-7780 and let us know:
- Details about the issue
- Screen shots of any error message you get
- Which web browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.)
- What you have done so far to try to resolve it
How do I order?
On our website, go to the product page of the item you would like to purchase and click the "ADD TO CART" button. After you have added all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, follow the instructions on screen to complete your order.

Is Tobys.com's pricing different from the Toby’s store prices?
Pricing in the website is the same as that of our stores. However, where applicable, we will have promos and price adjustments specifically for the website and/or our stores.
How do I change my order?
You may make changes to your order during the checkout process; however, once your order has been submitted, it cannot be altered.
How do I pay?
For ease of collection and to encourage affordable shopping, all online sale transactions shall be settled through the Company’s payroll salary deduction. Toby’s Sports shall provide the official Authority to Deduct (ATD) forms to your Company’s qualified employees where the applicable Credit Limit shall be clearly indicated. The qualified employees shall sign the ATD forms to signify that they agree to deduct their online sale purchases from their salary. Toby’s Sports shall not be privy to or responsible for whatever arrangement the Company will have with its employees in relation to the frequency of salary deductions.
Is my order guaranteed to be served?
Within two (2) days from the last day of the online sale, Toby’s Sports shall notify your Company of the availability of stocks. If orders cannot be served due to stock issues, the employee order shall be cancelled.
When do I receive my order?
Delivery of all employee orders shall be sent to your Company’s principal office after seven (7) working days from the date all the ATD forms have been consolidated.
Can I return my order?
Returns or exchanges are allowed within three (3) working days from date of delivery. Returns or exchanges are valid on the following grounds: (a) the product is damaged or defective; and (b) wrong item is delivered
Items not valid for a return or exchange are underwear, swimwear, and gift certificates. Consumable products (such as nutrition, supplements, energy gels, etc.) with damaged packaging or defects at the time of purchase (e.g., expired or unfit for consumption) may be returned or exchanged.
